Pioneers of innovation

Thanks to the European HyFIVE project, since last summer the Institute of Innovative Technologies in Bozen has had 10 Hyundai ix35 fuel cell vehicles, which were handed over to the first customers on Friday, 29 August 2014. These included innovative local businesses as well as private individuals, who are some of the first users of fuel cell vehicles in Europe and thus play an important role as “ambassadors” for this emission-free power technology. Business customers have also decided to personalize their vehicles with their own logos, thus turning them into valuable marketing tools.

Efficiency and safety, dialog with surrounding areas and attention to landscape are the key words that the Brenner motorway company has been using over the last several years in projects and research aimed at improving the efficiency of its road infrastructure. It’s a role that has become evident over time through the conceptualization, design and implementation of innovative structures – whether new accessory structures or new ways of using roadway structures – along the entire motorway corridor.
